We will be running 2 hour long combined on skate/off skate session this weekend for our Beginner and Intermediate Skaters. The off skate sessions are designed with the intention of giving you the tools to start training those muscles key to your skating in your own time no skates required to compliment the training you do on skates.
Make sure you bring your runners and your skates.
Beginner - 1 hour on skate session followed by a combined Beginner/Intermediate off skate session.
2.00 pm Skate Session followed by off skate at 3.00pm.
Intermediate - combined Beginner/Intermediate off skate session followed by a 1 Hour skate session.
3.00pm Off skate followed by Skate session at 4pm.
